I ordered this card and it came fast in the mail. I than found that it has a bunch of fees and is quite more expensive to use than many others. Read the fees (if you can find them) before you order this card. Many cards are less expensive. The credit builder feature is misleading because it works when you take an expensive pay day loan but without that they only report to HBBC or something like that. Unless they report to the big three credit agencies that is of little to no use.
